No. Nudity is not allowed in any zones. Swimwear is mandatory throughout your visit.
What should I wear as swimwear?
For women, we recommend a bikini (or a swimsuit). For men, swimming trunks (tight-fitting trunks/briefs) are required. Football shorts, loose shorts or cotton are not allowed.
Why do you recommend bikinis / tight-fitting swimming trunks?
For the sake of hygiene and due to the use of oils in the rituals. Tight-fitting, spa-adapted swimwear:
Withstands heat/steam/essential oils,
soaks up less sweat/oils,
provides better ventilation of the skin (important for heat effects and comfort),
emits fewer fibres/particles to water and benches.
Can I wear my own swimwear?
Yes, as long as it is clean, synthetic, cotton-free and without any metal or zippers. It must be snug (for men: trunks/briefs). If you wish, you can purchase approved swimwear at reception.
Why are football shorts/loose shorts not allowed?
They retain sweat and oils, release fibres, become too heavy in wet zones and result in poorer hygiene in hot rooms. They can also affect water quality and odour.
Do I need to shower before entering the spa?
Yes. Taking a thorough shower before entering, and a light rinse between heat and cold, is important for both hygiene and comfort
Can I cover up in the sauna/steam?
Yes. Always place a towel between your skin and the bench, and feel free to use a peshtemal/towel around your body for comfort and modesty.
Jewellery, watches and hair?
Remove any jewellery or watches (metal gets hot). Tie up long hair for the sake of hygiene and other guests.
Is taking photos and videos allowed?
No, this is prohibited for the sake of privacy and peace in the wet zones.
What should I do if I feel unwell due to the heat?
Exit calmly, drink water, sit in a cool zone, and inform the staff. We've got you covered.
