Adam Bjerck has established himself as a top talent in the restaurant industy, with a passion for steak, grilled dishes, and natural flavours. As an artist, entrepreneur, and former member of the Norwegian National Chef Team, he has worked with local ingredients of the highest quality. And now he's created Engen, a steakhouse adventure in the heart of Bergen!
Our steaks and grilled dishes
The grill is the heart of Engen’s kitchen, from which we serve succulent dishes of the highest quality. With well-balanced spices blended with the aroma of fresh fish and meat, we invite you to enjoy authentic barbecue flavours all year round. Using our Mibrasa charcoal oven, we prepare everything from entrecôte and tenderloin, to dinner for two where you can share tomahawk, wagyu or Adam’s recommendation: a Porterhouse Greater Omaha.
