Whether you order from the bar's snack menu or a personal experience with a chef for your private event, our menu is always based on the freshest seasonal ingredients. Whether meat, fish, or vegetables, we focus on quality and locally sourced ingredients.
Our menu is uncompromising in terms of flavour, but we would like to point out that unfortunately, we do not offer gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan dishes, nor do we have seafood-free options.

About Speilbaren
On the third floor of Bergen Børs Hotel, located in the heart of Bergen with views of the Fish Market, the city fjord, and Torgallmenningen, you’ll find Speilbaren.
This is an exciting cocktail and wine bar serving delicious snacks, a place where you’ll experience a true New York atmosphere right in the center of Bergen.
Speilbaren was originally part of the old stock exchange building, dating back to the late 1800s. The room is known for its grand interior, featuring high ceilings, large mirrors, chandeliers, and architectural details that reflect the building’s rich historical elegance.
Recently restored, the bar has preserved its historic charm while being updated with modern facilities to meet today’s needs. Now, De Bergenske is proud to welcome guests looking to enjoy good company, whether with friends, a partner, or colleagues, along with fine drinks and perfectly paired small dishes.
