For these seatings, tables must be prepaid at 500 NOK per person.
From 18:00, entry is free and we stay open until closing time. Tables must still be booked, and there are currently available spots in the evening.

De Bergenske has been run by a local Bergen family for generations and consists of six hotels and a number of restaurants in the city centre. We know Bergen, we know celebrations ,and we know the 17th of May and all its traditions. That's why we set high standards for all our meals and parties throughout the day.
A typical 17th of May breakfast consists of freshly baked bread and rolls, cured meats, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, cheeses, fruit, cakes and perhaps a glass of champagne – all served in a festive atmosphere with Norwegian flags and flowers on the table.
