BARE Vin og Matbar

On the 3rd floor of Bergen Børs Hotel, located in the heart of Bergen with views of both the Fish Market and Torgallmenningen, you'll find the newly opened BARE Vin og Matbar.

In August 2024, we launched this new concept in the space that was formerly Bare By Pak – now the place to be in Bergen after work and in the evenings, known as BARE Vin og Matbar. This exciting food and wine bar focuses on wine, cocktails, and food. Here you’ll find a New York atmosphere in the middle of Bergen city center.

BARE is located in the Speilsalen, which was originally part of the old stock exchange building dating back to the late 1800s. The room is known for its grand interior, with high ceilings, large mirrors, chandeliers, and details reflecting the building's rich architectural heyday.

Speilsalen has recently been restored, preserving its historic charm while being updated with modern amenities to meet today's needs. Now, De Bergenske is pleased to welcome guests who want to enjoy good conversations with friends, partners, or colleagues, with a fine drink in hand and dishes to match.
